And, as always, we consider thorough surface preparation to be part of the job. This includes:

• Power washing
• Scraping and sanding as needed
• Replacing loose nails or screws
• Applying our special “gluing primer” to all sections that are peeling, cracked, or exhibiting other signs of "paint failure"
• Applying wood filler or exterior spackle to large holes or cracks
• Caulking cracks, siding/trim, siding/siding, or trim/trim joints
• Applying two coats of new paint to all areas to be painted
