From Dirty To Spotless, We Can Transform Just About Any Home!
Posted Mar 15, 2017
Wanting to get the exterior of her Boulder home repainted in some areas and re-stained in others this homeowner remembered back to a time where she had received an estimate from our company. Thinking fondly of the experience she decided to give us another call. This time the estimate was for the exterior of her home. She was looking to have the exterior body shingles stained and the stucco painted.
At the estimate discussion about the best ways to prep the outside of the house was a major discussion. We decided to power wash and remove cobwebs, sand and prime where necessary, caulk bad nail holes, and then begin the real work. On the job was Alexis Fawkes, Anthony Rodriguez, Emily Mares, and Sue Palmer. Each working hard to produce a product to be proud of and last for years to come.
Before we began work on the house, the exterior wood shingles were dark as night. Each covered with dirt from years of build up. So much so, we couldn’t tell how lovely the exterior shingles really were. As Anthony began power washing he uncovered the hidden gem that was underneath all of the dirt. As for the stucco the rest of the team began prepping and painting the exterior faces of her home in a light grey color. This continued for well over a week. Painters coming and working hard eager to repeat the next day.
The picture to the left displays the shingles before our team began work. The Picture to the right is Anthony, one of our painter, working to bring the shingles back to their original state.
When the house was finished we all had to take a moment to realize just how much of a transformation this house had undertaken compared to where it began. (Left: Before Photo, Right: After Photo)
