As professional painters who love what we do, you can expect that the Karen’s Company team will complete your interior or exterior project in a way that meets our very high standards. In fact, we are so confident in our craftsmanship that we offer a 5-year warranty on interior painting, and a 2-year warranty on exterior painting.
The details are below, but here is a quick summary: if anything goes wrong with your painted surface, and it is clear that it did not perform as it should, we will make it right. We can’t be held responsible for freak accidents, Mother Nature, toddlers throwing toys, or the family pet trying to dig his way through a wall, but we will certainly stand by the integrity of our work (and reputation) under normal, reasonable conditions.
KAREN’S COMPANY, INC warrants labor and material on painted interior surfaces for a period of five (5) years. If paint failure appears, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.
This warranty excludes, and in no event will KAREN’S COMPANY, INC be responsible for, consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, water damage, settlement, or any other damage inflicted by excessive wear or strain.
KAREN’S COMPANY, INC warrants labor and material on siding and trim for a period of two (2) years. If paint failure appears, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.
This warranty excludes, and in no event will KAREN’S COMPANY, INC be responsible for, consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, temperature changes, settlement or moisture; i.e., cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction. Cracks will be properly prepared as indicated at time of job, but will not be covered under this warranty.
KAREN’S COMPANY, INC does not warranty finishes on decks or fences.
